We are a Canadian, family run team with a background in both sales and finance/accounting leadership. As private buyers, we value the hard work owners have put into building their companies and are committed to continuing their legacy.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in small businesses within the GTA with established operations and steady revenue, loyal costumer base and/or recurring sales, a strong reputation in the community, and staff we can retain and support.

We are open to different industries but focus on light manufacturing, services, B2B services, specialty retail or distribution.

We are currently looking for businesses with annual Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) of approximately $300,000 to $1,000,000. If your business falls outside this range, we are still open to a conversation.
